35th EUROSHORTS Young Filmmakers 2026 International Film Festival
At the beginning of December, young filmmakers from various countries traditionally gather in Gdańsk for the EUROSHORTS Festival. After a week of events in Pomerania, the festival moves to Warsaw. The program includes screenings, workshops, meetings with filmmakers, and musical events. Preparations for this comprehensive project take place all year round. You can join the EUROSHORTS organizing team at any time and gain valuable experience. The festival office is located in Warsaw, Poland. The Jerzy Tuszewski Contest – 4th Edition
Jerzy Tuszewski was a radio director and one of the pioneers of stereophonic documentary radio plays in Poland. Participants in this competition are tasked with creating 5-minute audio pieces. The project is made possible thanks to a grant from the Fund for the Promotion of Creativity of the ZAIKS Authors’ Association. If you’re passionate about sound art—record your world and win a prize!
We Film Cities – Kielce (11th Edition)
The motto of the renowned Kielce film scholar Andrzej Kozieja (“My city spins me, I spin my city”). accompanies the eleventh edition of the Filmujemy Kielce! (“We Film Kielce!”) competition, organized in collaboration with the Kielce Bureau of Art Exhibitions. In our Filmujemy Miasta! (“We Film Cities!”) competition series, anyone can take part—regardless of age, profession, or filmmaking experience. As part of Filmujemy Kielce! 11, camera workshops will also be held.
Screenings of Polish Short Films Abroad
The EUROSHORTS Festival also includes events abroad. This season, you will be able to meet us at, among others, the Pireus Port Film Festival in Greece. We will screen selected films from 2020-2026, and screening attendees will receive a promotional brochure in Greek and English. The festival’s great journey is supported by the Polish Film Institute.
